The machinery and equipment used in olive oil extraction are housed in a communal space that includes a stone mill, a mixer, a hydraulic press, ceramic jars, and various utensils such as decaliters and oil containers.

Visiting hours: Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Visits by appointment only, by calling 964 14 60 34.
