A privileged environment
In the Sierra de Espadán and Sierra Calderona Natural Parks, privileged enclaves, olive trees have been cultivated since ancient times. Written evidence of its cultivation dates back to the 15th century. The fields are still cultivated today.
The Mediterranean climate, the steep slopes and terraces, combined with the shallow soils and the unique characteristics of the native Serrana de Espadán variety, give rise to OLIESPAL oil.
