The new olive weighing line of the Cooperativa Oleícola of Altura is already in operation

The installed line has a large unloading and weighing capacity. It has involved an investment of approximately 130,000 euros, of which approximately 40% have been subsidized by the Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, Climate Emergency and Ecological Transition, as explained by the director of the Cooperative, Luis Velázquez.

After visiting the new facility, Maite Cháfer pointed out that the action has been carried out within a line of the Rural Development Plan “which is co-financed with European funds” and announced for this same month of December a new call for aid for the sector food related to raw materials, inviting and offering the support of your department to develop projects of this nature and request help to carry them out.
